Trudy Fehlinger founded Quincy Law Group after working in small firm, large firm, and independent practice. She graduated summa cum laude from King's College with degrees in Political Science, Political Economy, and Business, and earned her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of Law.
She has extensive experience as both in-house counsel and outside general counsel across multiple industries, including construction, engineering, real estate development, and safety and environmental services. Her work spans franchise entry and exit, and includes representation and counseling of individuals, entrepreneurs, and founders, with an emphasis on creative solutions and strategies, oversight of complex projects, and bringing deals to close.

Trudy was fully engaged in the formation and expansion of a family-owned construction business. That ownership experience — not just legal training — is part of what informs how she evaluates risk and advises clients.
She is also the founder and CEO of a wellness and aesthetics business. That ongoing ownership experience shapes how she works with clients on formation, growth, employment, vendor relationships, and day-to-day operational decisions.
